Everything you need to know.

  • NNCW is designed for Grade 9–12 learners from schools across Namibia, along with their teachers, career counsellors and parents. School group registration opens in Q3 2026.

  • No. Attendance is free for all registered school groups and individual learners, thanks to the Ministry of Education and our exhibitor partners.

  • The Windhoek International Convention Centre (WICC) at the Mercure Hotel, Windhoek. The venue offers full accessibility, parking and secure drop-off zones for school buses.

  • Group bookings will open through the official NNCW portal in Q3 2026. Register your interest via the contact form below and we'll notify you as soon as the portal is live.

  • Universities, TVETs, employers and public agencies can reserve a stand through the exhibitor form. Standard, Premium and Headline packages are available while stock lasts.

  • Yes — panel and mentor-stage slots are curated. Premium and Headline exhibitors are prioritised. Contact the organisers to pitch a topic.
